Expect two- and three-bedroom townhomes with floor plans starting near 1,000 square feet, built in the 2000s. Association fees follow the product: about $220–$275 a month in Summerfield’s attached sections and roughly $30–$140 in Lakewood Trails depending on home type. Lakewood Trails amenities include the pool, tennis courts, exercise room, walking trails, and ponds; Summerfield offers a park, bike trails, and sidewalks.
Both communities sit west of Ridge Road with quick access to I-80 at Exit 122 and U.S. Route 6 — about 11 miles to Joliet.
