By mid-2026 the community reached its final availability, which shifts the story to resale: recent listings and closings have run from the high $500s to the low $800s depending on plan, options, and lot — against original base pricing of roughly $494K–$547K. Homesites backing to open space carry the premiums, and fiber internet is standard throughout.
The location trades on convenience: Randall Road retail out the front, Red Oak Nature Center and the Fox River Trail a few minutes east, downtown Batavia about two miles, and the Geneva Metra station roughly a ten-minute drive.
