Americana Estates occupies a category of one in Bolingbrook: the village’s only gated, custom-home community, laid out around the fairways of the Bolingbrook Golf Club on the southwest side near I-55. The golf club next door is village-owned and open to the public, with a championship 18-hole layout and clubhouse dining, so the amenity is real without a private-club initiation attached.
