Churchill Club fills Oswego’s east side between Route 34 and Wolf’s Crossing Road — a Town & Country Homes master plan of single-family homes, townhomes, condos and an age-restricted 55+ section, built around an 8,400-square-foot clubhouse with two District 308 schools sited inside the community.
Churchill Club is one of east Oswego’s signature master plans — east of Douglas Road, north of Wolf’s Crossing Road and south of US Route 34 (Ogden Avenue). Town & Country Homes, a K. Hovnanian company, led construction starting in 2004 (townhomes from 2005), with Brookhill Homes also building in the community; sources put final buildout somewhere between 2012 and 2016. Per one local source the community totals roughly 1,100-plus residences: 700-plus detached single-family homes, 200-plus townhomes, condos, and the age-restricted Steeplechase 55+ section with about 88 duplexes and 125 detached homes.
The amenity campus is the calling card. An 8,400-square-foot clubhouse holds a fitness center, game room, business center and community rooms, and anchors a junior-Olympic-size pool with splash pads. Tennis courts, walking trails, ponds, playgrounds and a sled hill round out the grounds. Two Oswego CUSD 308 schools — Churchill Elementary and Plank Junior High — sit inside the subdivision on Secretariat Lane, a setup few Kendall County communities can match.
On the market side, 2025–2026 resales have run roughly $303,000 to $510,000 depending on product: condos averaging around $303K, townhomes around $342K, and single-family homes around $471K, with a community-wide median sale near $370K and active listings from $369,900 to $510,000. Homes span roughly 1,450 to 4,472 square feet with 2–6 bedrooms. Dues run through a master association plus product-specific sub-fees — roughly $60 per quarter for a typical single-family home up to about $238–$575 per month on attached units, which adds clubhouse and pool access, landscaping, exterior maintenance, snow removal and common insurance on the attached side. Fee tiers vary by section, so we verify the exact figure with the association on any home you’re considering.
Pricing reflects Churchill Club sales and active listings as of mid-2026.

The clubhouse holds a fitness center, game room, business center and community rooms, and fronts a junior-Olympic-size pool with splash pads — one of the largest private amenity campuses in any Oswego subdivision.
Tennis courts, walking trails and ponds thread through the community, with playgrounds and a sled hill for the winter months built into the common grounds.
Churchill Elementary and Plank Junior High (both Oswego CUSD 308) sit on Secretariat Lane within the community itself — much of the neighborhood can reach both on internal sidewalks.
The community’s northern edge meets US Route 34 (Ogden Avenue), Oswego’s main retail corridor, putting groceries, restaurants and daily errands minutes away.
Churchill Club is served by Oswego Community Unit School District 308. Assignments can vary by address within large subdivisions — verify current attendance boundaries with CUSD 308 before relying on them.
Located inside the subdivision on Secretariat Lane — much of the community is within walking distance via internal sidewalks. Confirm the current attendance boundary with CUSD 308 for any specific address.
Also sited inside the community on Secretariat Lane, giving Churchill Club two on-site district campuses — a setup few area subdivisions offer.
Most Churchill Club addresses feed Oswego East High School, though some addresses are reported to Oswego High School — the assignment varies by address, so verify with the district.
Churchill Club fronts the US Route 34 (Ogden Avenue) corridor on Oswego’s east side, so everyday retail and restaurants sit at the community’s edge. Downtown Oswego — the riverfront, Hudson Crossing Park and the Main Street lineup — is a short drive west along Route 34.
Route 34 runs west toward downtown and east toward Aurora and Naperville’s retail corridors, while Douglas Road and Wolf’s Crossing Road connect the east-side grid. Orchard Road puts drivers on I-88 in roughly 15 minutes, and the Naperville/I-88 employment corridor generally runs 20–30 minutes.
Oswego sits about 45 miles southwest of the Loop. There’s no Metra station in town, but the Aurora Transportation Center is about 15 minutes away and the Route 59 station about 20 — both on the BNSF line reaching Union Station in roughly an hour, faster on expresses.
