Hudson Pointe is Oswego’s newest Lennar community, rising east of Harvey Road and south of Wolf’s Crossing Road beside Oswego East High School — roughly 377 for-sale homes across two phases, with new single-family homes and townhomes selling from about $390K in 2026.
Hudson Pointe is the east side’s active new-construction story. Entitled under CalAtlantic (a Lennar company), Phase I was approved around 2022–2023 with 146 single-family homes — now largely built out — alongside the separate Emblem apartment community. Phase II won approval in July 2024 and adds 231 for-sale homes on 81.1 acres: 144 single-family homesites plus 87 townhomes across 19 buildings, a density of about 2.85 units per acre.
Lennar builds two single-family series here — Horizon plans run 1,455–2,387 square feet with 3–4 bedrooms, and Landmark plans run 1,866–3,146 square feet — plus a two-story Townhome Series of three-bedroom plans around 1,700–2,000 square feet with 2–2.5 baths and two-car garages. In 2026, new construction is priced from roughly $390,000 to $629,990: townhomes from $389,990, Horizon from $461,990 and Landmark from $521,990. The Lennar Welcome Home Center is at 322 Ellis Street.
Each phase dedicates a 3-acre park to the Oswegoland Park District, and the plan includes a community pond, a multi-use trail and dedicated right-of-way for the future Wikaduke Trail corridor. Resale data is only beginning to accumulate — an early townhome closed at $375,000. Phase II runs its own HOA separate from Phase I, with the townhome fee reported at approximately $180–$220 per month (sources conflict), so verify the current fee with the association before you write an offer.
Pricing reflects Hudson Pointe sales and active listings as of mid-2026.
